Terms and Conditions

By using www.flowersbyjoanne.co.nz, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. All transactions made through this website will be governed by the following terms.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. Flowers by Joanne reserves the right to update or modify any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.

Prices

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order will apply.

Delivery Information

We deliver throughout New Zealand and internationally via Interflora. Please contact us for international orders.

Local Delivery Areas: Millwater, Milldale, Hatfield Beach, Stanmore Bay, Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Manly, Orewa, Red Beach, Gulf Harbour, Silverdale, and Whangaparaoa.

Same-Day Delivery (Mon–Sat):

  • Schools: by 3:00 PM
  • Businesses: by 5:00 PM
  • Hospitals & Residential: by 7:00 PM
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Orders received then will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and courier schedules.

Rural deliveries may take up to two working days. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Conditions

  • One delivery attempt only; no signature required unless specified.
  • If recipient is unavailable, the courier may call once and leave the order in a safe location. A calling card will be left.
  • Flowers by Joanne is not responsible for items left in a safe place.
  • We are not responsible once orders are handed over to concierge or gated security.
  • Failed deliveries will be returned to our shop. A redelivery fee will apply.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers due to seasonal availability. Style, colour, and theme will be preserved.

Photos on our website are for illustration only. Flower types and stem counts may vary.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancel via order confirmation email or call 09 426 5287.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% fee.
  • No cancellations once the order is with courier.

Damaged Flowers or Quality Concerns

If flowers arrive damaged, contact us within 24 hours and email a photo to info@flowersbyjoanne.co.nz.

We guarantee 4 days freshness if care instructions are followed.

No refunds for special orders or loss after delivery.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
